– Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and other necessary services.
– Ensure compliance with travel policies and procedures, including budgetary constraints and travel approval processes.
– Communicate travel itineraries and details to employees, including flight schedules, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements.

2. Travel Logistics and Support:
– Arrange airport transfers, ground transportation, and any necessary travel assistance for employees.
– Coordinate and manage travel documents, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance.
– Provide guidance and support to employees regarding travel-related queries, including travel restrictions, health and safety measures, and destination information.
– Assist with travel-related issues or emergencies, such as flight cancellations, delays, or changes in itinerary.
