2. Onboarding and Training:
– Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth assimilation into the organization.
– Develop and deliver orientation programs to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and safety practices.
– Coordinate and provide training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of existing employees.
– Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, and make improvements as necessary.

3. Performance Management:

Requirements:
