– Collaborate with vessel masters, crews, and contractors to ensure safe and timely execution of operational tasks.

2. Safety and Compliance:
– Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with safety management systems and industry best practices.
– Conduct regular vessel or offshore installation inspections and audits to identify and rectify safety hazards or non-compliance issues.
– Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
– Develop and deliver safety training programs for vessel crews or offshore installation personnel.

3. Budgeting and Cost Control:
