Job Description
As a Master Mariner in the Deck section, you will hold the highest-ranking position in the navigation department of a vessel. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the vessel’s operations, ensuring the safe and efficient navigation of the ship, and managing the deck crew. Requirements:

– Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage a diverse crew.
