As a Master Mariner in the Deck section, you will hold the highest-ranking position in the navigation department of a vessel. Requirements:
– Hold a valid Master Mariner Certificate of Competency (CoC) or equivalent qualification.

– Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage a diverse crew.
